PaperCut Pocket/Hive Login and Scan failures

On January 8th we began receiving reports that customers were unable to login to the Hive admin portal as well as the panel of their MFDs as well as configured scan actions failing to complete.

Our Product Engineering team quickly identified the root cause of these failures and successfully restored functionality mitigating these login failures.

The situation was monitored for a short period of time to confirm that the issue had indeed been mitigated by our Product Engineering Team.

We've yet to receive any new reports on these issues and subsequently resolved this incident. Apologies for the downtime that was caused as a result of this outage.
