PaperCut Document Processing Cloud services - some users may experience delayed scan jobs using PaperCut MF or PaperCut Hive
Resolved - This incident may have impacted scan actions with cloud document processing enabled, for a small window per hosting region between 03:40 - 05:10 am on 25th August 2026.

Investigating - PaperCut Document Processing Cloud services - some users may experience delayed scan jobs using PaperCut MF or PaperCut Hive.

Printing, copying and other services are not impacted at this time. Any scan actions which do not include cloud document processing are also not impacted.

PaperCut Partner Portal and GES (licensing service) - some users unable to access the Partner Portal, or apply licenses in PaperCut NG/MF
Resolved - This incident has now been resolved.

Update - This issue is also impacting some users' ability to activate a new license in PaperCut NG/MF (under About > Registration).

Error shown in the admin interface may be "Unable to contact PaperCut Gateway Service to register license file. Ensure your server is online and try again." or "The supplied CRN is invalid".

We are continuing to investigate these issues.
