Partial outage of PaperCut Portal login

Around 10:00pm AEDT it we were altered to the fact that some users were having issues logging into the PaperCut Portal.

After investigating the issue, we determined that the issues was caused by a bad node in our App Engine instance which we subsequently deleted.

This has resolved the issue and all systems are back up and running.
