This Cloud Document Processing issue has been resolved, and all systems are functioning normally.

We have confirmed that this did not impact the delivery of any scan jobs, however jobs might have taken slightly longer than normal to arrive. This performance issue may have been noticed for a window of up to 39 minutes.

An issue with PaperCut MF's Cloud Document Processing feature has been identified, and the team has been notified.

Scan jobs are completing successfully, but our automated monitoring systems have shown that scan processing might take slightly longer than normal. There are no job failures happening. Only customer impact is that the scan could take slightly longer to arrive.
