Investigating
We are currently investigating a degradation in performance of the PaperCut Cloud Node within the UK region. Customers may see an increase in print job failures where they have a reliance on the Cloud Node for print job delivery. This will also affect customers using Cloud Pull Delivery.
The Incident Team are actively investigating, and this status will be updated as soon as we have more information.
