PaperCut has detected intermittent issues logging into the PaperCut Hive and PaperCut Pocket administrator portal in EU region. We believe the issue has been resolved and are actively monitoring the situation. We apologise for any inconvenience to customers.

Customers still experiencing issues may need to clear their browser cache in order to restore access.
